Hello

I’m Kira, a down-south local and lover of stories.

Based in Margaret River — I feel so fortunate to live and work in a place I truly love. I became a celebrant because I’ve always loved stories and the joy that comes from sharing them.

I’ve spent the past five years as a tour guide in this incredible region. This has deepened my appreciation for the land we’re so lucky to live, work and play on.

There’s nothing more special to me than capturing the heart of a moment and telling it in a way that truly resonates with the people around me. That passion for storytelling is what naturally led me to this path.

As a celebrant, I get to do what I love most. Listen to people, discover magic in their journey and create a ceremony that feels heartfelt and perfect for your day. There will be no copy and paste scripts here. Every ceremony I craft is thoughtful and unique. 

It’s such an honour to help couples celebrate one of the happiest days of their lives. I hope you choose me and this beautiful place for your dream wedding.

Before civil celebrants were introduced, couples in Australia could only marry in a church or at a registry office. This left little room for flexibility to create a truly personal ceremony.

Civil ceremonies give couples the freedom to celebrate their love and commitment in a way that reflects who they are. They can choose to surround themselves with family and friends in the setting of their choice.

As your celebrant I will take the time to listen to your unique love story and create your dream ceremony. I will offer guidance and support during the planning proccess to make your day perfect. I understand this can be an exciting but busy and overwhelming time.

Choosing a celebrant means choosing someone you can trust with the most important day of your lives. My goal is to help you create an unforgettable ceremony to reflect your love story.

This is no small decision! 

If you choose me as your celebrant, I will work with you to design a ceremony that’s everything you’ve dreamed of. Whilst ensuring all the legal requirements are covered.

  • Unlimited catch-ups and correspondence during the planning phase
  • Assistance with writing your vows
  • Rehearsal ceremony assistance
  • High Quality PA system (BOSE S1 Pro)
  • Signing table upon request
  • All legal paperwork lodged to the Births Deaths Marriages Registry
  • No limit on the number of guests

 

Elopements

  • An in-person, online meeting or phone call to start planning your dream wedding ceremony. (This will give us both a chance to get to know each other and discuss the logistics)
  • A ceremony for you as the couple + two witnesses
  • Personal and simple ceremony script - created with your input
  • Unlimited correspondence during the planning phase
  • All legal paperwork lodged to the Births Deaths Marriages Registry
  • High Quality PA system (BOSE S1 Pro)
  • Signing table upon request

 

Legals Only

  • Marriage paperwork completed without a ceremony
  • An online meeting or phone call to meet you both and discuss how it works
  • Couple + two witnesses required
  • Legals completed during a meeting at your chosen location (at home, or somewhere private)
  • All legal paperwork lodge to Biths Deaths Marriages Registry

 

No travel costs within 30km of Margaret River
